Wow, talk about a bummer! Skittles have been banned in Europe - what’s up with that? It’s like a slap in the face for candy lovers everywhere. I mean, who doesn’t love those little rainbow-colored treats? But apparently, they contain an ingredient that isn’t allowed in Europe. So if you’re planning a trip to the continent anytime soon, you’ll have to leave your Skittles at home. What a drag!

Well, folks are worried about titanium dioxide’s safety and think it should be nixed. Recently, research linked the stuff to cancer in rats, so the EU said “no way” and banned it from food.
Skittles have been banned in Europe - what a bummer! It’s a real shame, ‘cause they were so popular. I guess folks over there just had to draw the line somewhere. Oh well, at least we can still get our Skittles fix here in the States.
