Yikes! When it’s between 90˚ and 105˚F, you could get heat cramps or exhaustion. So, take it easy in that range. But if it gets to 105˚-130˚F, watch out - heat exhaustion is more likely. And if the temp goes over 130˚F - yikes again! That’s when you’re at risk of heatstroke.
